I became a certified mediator in order to leverage my business experience to assist with dispute resolution... Joining Mediation.com and Arbitration.com will help me raise my online profile and connect with more potential clients.

Boca Raton, FL (PRWEB) April 11, 2014

For nearly a decade, Abbie Chapnick has been building a peerless reputation as one of the most effective ADR professionals in the State. As her mediation practice has grown, so has the demand for her speaking appearances. Having established her “brick and mortar” practice, she recently set about growing her online presence, and joined both Arbitration.com and Mediation.com – one of a handful of ADR professionals to qualify for membership in both.

“I became a certified mediator in order to leverage my business experience to assist with dispute resolution,” said Chapnick. “I’m uniquely qualified because of my educational background and the decades of experience I have in business management. I’ve applied this knowledge to business applications of all kinds over the years, slowly learning to apply these skills to alternative dispute resolution. Joining Mediation.com and Arbitration.com will help me raise my online profile and connect with more potential clients.”

Ms. Chapnick specializes in cases involving mediated business disputes, community association conflicts, residential rental issues, contract settlements, and employment resolution. A graduate of Northeastern University, she began her career in the financial departments of several companies, where she learned her way around business law and conflict resolution in the field, which taught her that conflict resolution could be an effective way of dealing with disputes between businesses and people, and sought her certification as a mediator in 2005. As part of the State of Florida’s training program for Board of Directors, she has previously lectured on conflict resolution issues, reading financial statements, effective meetings and ADR. Today, she is a recognized ADR practitioner, and is routinely asked to lecture about ADR to community associations and businesses.
