I am proud to help injured victims and their families during a difficult time. That’s one reason I offer a free initial consultation – because forcing victims to pay just to discover if we’re the right firm for them just isn’t right.

As an attorney and ADR professional, Raymond Ginn has built a reputation as a professional who sees his clients not as a walking settlement or billing hour, but as individuals with needs and concerns. Eschewing the typical goals of many attorneys, Ginn has always concentrated his efforts on gaining skills and experience that will help him help his clients, and has demonstrated a willingness to pursue mediation or arbitrated solutions when they’re beneficial to their interests.
“In today’s modern legal atmosphere, the currency of the legal profession is verdicts and settlements,” said Ginn. “But I pride myself in my commitment to our clients, and seek to provide comprehensive counsel and advice to victims of work injuries, motor vehicle accidents, or other events caused by the negligence of others. I am proud to help injured victims and their families during a difficult time. That’s one reason I offer a free initial consultation – because forcing victims to pay just to discover if we’re the right firm for them just isn’t right.”
But his more than 30 year practice has not been exclusive to representing injured plaintiffs. He has also long represented one of the leading liability insurers in Pennsylvania and its insureds as well as hospitals and physicians in defense of medical malpractice claims. “I believe that my experience in representing both plaintiffs and defendants in civil litigation over the years gives me a unique perspective as a lawyer, mediator and arbitrator of the important issues that all parties face in litigation and how to address them in the ADR process,” said Ginn.
Ginn is a graduate of Bucknell University and the University of Pittsburgh School of Law. He also attended one of the leading mediation training programs in the country at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine University in California whose faculty included some of the nation’s leading mediators. He has been consistently rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and has also been named a Pennsylvania Super Lawyer several times over the last few years, recognized as one of the top 5 percent of lawyers in that state.
