Attorney and mediator Henry R. Seawell has announced his membership in the prominent online mediation network Mediation.com. The announcement is part of Mr. Seawell’s effort to expand his client development and create awareness amongst businesses and individuals in need of a mediator with a clear focus on resolving business disputes, estate administration actions, and commercial litigation. Mr. Seawell has extensive experience trying cases in Circuit and District Courts in Alabama and is recognized by the Alabama Center for Dispute Resolution as a mediator.

“I founded The Seawell Firm to solve the legal dilemmas that threaten individuals and businesses on a daily basis. If at all possible, accomplishing this objective through cooperative mediation can often best serve the parties’ needs and promote an otherwise unattainable result in a fair and more efficient manner,” Seawell said. “I want to make a difference and helping people resolve disputes is one way to do that. After gaining experience with a civil litigation defense firm in Mobile, Mr. Seawell left the firm to found his firm, The Seawell Firm, LLC, in 2011. Seawell graduated from the Cumberland School of Law at Samford University in 2006 and is a member of the Mobile, Alabama Bar Association, the Alabama Bar Association and the American Bar Association. He is licensed to practice law in all state and federal courts in Alabama.
