Kristy brings to MMS 20+ years of experience meeting the mailing list, email marketing services and data needs of health care marketers. Kristy is an expert in email marketing, list selection and targeting, and databases. She will be leading our customer service staff to enhance our commitment to superb customer service, applying her wealth of knowledge to offer you solutions to the challenges you face.
At the same time Cindy Morrison will be transitioning over to a new role of Email Marketing Manager. Her responsibilities will include reviewing your email creatives and report trending along with other duties. Cindy has over 20 years of experience working with MMS clients, and brings a wealth of experience with and knowledge of email production and marketing to bear on optimizing your email creative and deployment to obtain optimal metrics - increased open and click-through rates, and ultimately return on investment (ROI). In addition, she will apply her expertise in analytics to continuously improve your email campaigns.
