BEST Life Media, a producer of energy healing and yoga books, CDs, DVDs and other holistic lifestyle tools, is pleased to announce the release of “Healing Rhythms,” a dynamic new CD for meditation and vibrational healing.
Inspired by the teachings of Ilchi Lee, the music on Healing Rhythms can uplift and calm the mind. For those who are familiar with the music associated with the Dahn Yoga meditation known as “YoungGaMuDo,” this CD presents a unique opportunity to use this style of music during home practice. Healing Rhythms, an essential addition to the Dahn Yoga music library, includes upbeat, traditional Korean drumming and a sacred chant known as Dotongju.
Though invigorating, the music helps listeners quiet their mind. In addition, the CD includes relaxing Indian flute and Korean bamboo flute music. Healing Rhythms is designed to help the listener restore the vibrational integrity of body, mind, and spirit.
Always fascinated by the sights and sounds of traditional Korean folk music, the Korean percussionist and composer, Sunpoong, seeks to promote health, well being and spirituality through his music. This CD is an example of music he feels flows from Korea’s ancient Sundo traditions. Following his encounter with Ilchi Lee and his meditation techniques, Sunpoong decided to “stop playing the music of technology and perform the music of the Tao.”
He hopes that this CD will help people improve their meditation practice, release stress and experience deeper self-awareness.
Healing Rhythms will be available for purchase at Dahn Yoga locations and online at the BEST Life Media website.
