A new online resource library, the Membership Knowledge Hub, aimed at providing the staff, volunteers and board members of small associations, membership organizations and non-profits with information and insight to help address their day-to-day challenges, has just been launched by Wild Apricot in keeping with its mission to help these groups thrive and grow.

Dmitry Buterin, Wild Apricot’s CEO noted, “with this Membership Knowledge Hub, we’re building on our popular Membership Tips and News Blog and taking it to the next level by creating a library of more in-depth articles and guides. Our goal is to provide organizations -- or new board members and volunteers -- with practical, in-depth information on topics like membership management, event management and non-profit communications.”

As a provider of web-based membership software, Wild Apricot created this Hub to offer useful, actionable content as well as provide context for small membership-based organizations. Hub resources include Wild Apricot’s own original content – such as a Membership Database Selection Guide, Communications Planning Guide, and Event Planning Guide – developed for small-staff or volunteer-based organizations that might just be getting started and need some basic “how-to” information and support.

In addition, the Hub offers curated information on Volunteer management; fundraising and Board orientation and planning from reputable, knowledgeable sources.

Jay Moonah, Noisy Apricot and VP of Marketing, suggests: “we hope the Membership Knowledge Hub becomes the “go-to” web library for small associations, membership-based and non-profit organizations looking for information and resources.”

The company plans to continually add both their own original content as well as other useful resources to help the volunteers and staff of small organizations, and advises folks to visit the site often to check out new resources.
