Certified Payment Processing Launches Newsletter to Target Sales Team in the Field

With 400 sales associates working throughout the country, Certified Payment Processing (CPP) is always looking for better ways to engage this important remote team. To help with ongoing communication, CPP has launched a newsletter to reach this important group. The newsletter is designed to provide support, information, as well as continuing education and training for the sales team in the field.

Certified Payment Processing (CPP), a full-service provider of electronic payment processing equipment and merchant services, recently began publishing a quarterly newsletter to target the hundreds of merchant sales consultants who work throughout the country. The newsletter, CPP Focus, is designed to provide support, information, and ongoing communication and training for the remote sales team.

“This has been a vision of mine for a while,” says Tony Norrie, Vice President and General Manager. “It’s gratifying to see it launched. We want this to be another way we can stay in touch with our sales team. We value their work and recognize they are a major reason for our success. We want them to feel more connected to us.”

Each quarter the newsletter will feature useful industry facts and statistics, as well as practical information that will help the salesperson promote CPP products and services. And since those receiving the newsletter work in the field, each issue will feature a department in the CPP home office, introducing the team members and explaining how they support the efforts of the sales team. Also, each quarter one of the field sales consultants will be featured. The first edition went out in late July. In addition to the newsletter, CPP is using social media such as Facebook, Twitter and YouTube to communicate and offer online/virtual training materials.
