AM&AA and Primerus Announce Two Stellar Additions to the Third Global Symposium Line-Up

Organisers at the Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AM&AA) and the International Society of Primerus Law Firms (Primerus) have recently announced two new additions to the already impressive schedule for this year's global symposium; The New Economics for the Private Middle Market.

The event, taking place in London in May, offers global M&A professionals an opportunity to hear from industry leaders and experts on the key issues of the day, as well as the chance to network with deal makers from the major European and global financial centres. Just confirmed to tackle 'Conditions in the New Middle East' is David Butter; regional Director from the Middle East & North African team of analysts at the Economist Intelligence Unit (EIU).

David Hinson, National Director of the Minority Business Development Agency, US Department of Commerce, has just been announced as the keynote speaker for the first full day of the conference on Wednesday 11 May. David's presentation entitled; 'Undiscovered Markets in the U.S. - The Power of the Minority Business Community' will include discussion on mergers & acquisitions as a growth strategy for minority business.

The two latest additions join the speaker list which already includes, amongst others; Lord Mayor of the City of London, John Normand of JP Morgan Chase, Chilton Taylor of Baker Tilly Corporate Finance LLP and Keith Hearn of Ford & Warren Solicitors.

The symposium will be the third of its kind and is being organised by the AM&AA in conjunction with Primerus; the international society of the world's finest boutique law firms. The two previous symposia in Leeds, England (2008) and Frankfurt, Germany (2009) attracted delegates from the United States, the UK, France, Germany, Belgium, Italy, Macedonia, Saudi Arabia, Brazil, China, Japan, Poland, Australia and the Ukraine.

This year's topics include, amongst others; Changes in Global Financial Markets, Demographic Changes & Regional Differences and Technical Issues in US Transactions.
