In response to the ever increasing threat, chaotic conditions and safety concerns facing businesses and individuals in Mexico, FocusPoint International, Inc. (FocusPoint) today announced the launch of MyTrac™- An integrated intelligence, monitoring and response service. This multi-layered platform combines information sharing and analysis, with integrated vehicle tracking and emergency response services throughout Mexico. The platform is managed through highly secured redundant state-of-the-art command centers in Mexico and the United States. MyTrac is staffed by veterans of the intelligence community and highly skilled bilingual incident management and emergency response personnel.

The MyTrac platform is a scalable (module-based) subscription service, offered in three different packages- HeadsUp™, MyTrac™ and MyTrac Light™. HeadsUp™ is an information sharing and analysis service modeled after the neighborhood watch programs in the United States. HeadsUp™ elicits ground-truth intelligence from a variety of sources, to include subscribers. Information is analyzed by veteran intelligence officers and pushed out to subscribers in an effort to mitigate risk exposure and serve as an early warning system to protect employees and critical assets.

MyTrac™ is a fully integrated program that includes real-time (GPS) vehicle tracking, alert notification and emergency roadside assistance. MyTrac™ subscriber vehicles are equipped with a number of “panic buttons” that when triggered, open two-way communication between the vehicle and the MyTrac command center. Alert notification is triaged by bilingual advisors based on client-specific protocols and emergency response personnel are dispatched to bring each incident to resolution.

MyTrac Light™ offers international travelers, local and expatriate business executives and their families’ access to the MyTrac command center for alert notification and emergency assistance. Each subscriber is provided an access card, with contact information and basic protocols for reporting emergencies and obtaining support.

The MyTrac suite of services is available to companies with operations in Mexico, NGO’s and private individuals. Subscriptions are offered as standalone modules or as an enterprise application. Installation of the MyTrac™ proprietary GPS system normally takes 7 to 10 days from contract signing. GPS installation is available in several cities throughout Mexico.
