MGM Project City Center to Begin Pre-Sale Reservations - Registration Has Begun

In mid-November, selected VIP Real Estate Brokers will meet at the Bellagio to start the journey towards the launch of reservation sales at one of the most incredible projects ever built in Las Vegas. At a currently projected cost of $7 billion, Project City Center will overshadow any other construction project underway in Las Vegas.

Already the construction is underway for MGM's Project City Center. The projected count of construction cranes on this massive project is at least 20 at any one time. Just the thought of co-ordinating such a huge project introduces a high degree of complexity in one's mind. The first project currently under construction is the 60 story, 4,000 room hotel and casino designed by Pelli Clarke Pelli. The Mandarin Oriental, already known world-wide for its top tier luxury service, will have residential condos at the top of its hotel tower in Project City Center. Approximately 227 condominium units will sit above the 400 room hotel tower. At a current projected price of $8 million each, several 4100 square foot penthouses will be designed into the hotel tower.

The first condominium-hotel project in City Center to be built will be the fifty story Vdara. With 1,543 condo-hotel units for sale with sizes ranging approximately 500 to 1,850 square feet, each unit will be fully furnished.

A second hotel, boutique in its design, will be known as The Harmon which will be operated by MGM Mirage. The Harmon is projected to have 228 condominiums above its 400 hotel rooms.

The leaning Veer twin towers will be at the Las Vegas Blvd entrance to City Center and will be 37 stories tall. Veer will be the only pure residential condo units in City Center with projected sizes ranging from 500 to 2,600 square feet.
