“Tai Chi gives great benefits physically and mentally,” says White. “Today’s aging populations often have not had a chance to learn Tai Chi. It usually takes several months to learn, but with “The Monkey Mountain Story”, I sincerely believe that anyone can really benefit from it from the first time trying it, even in a wheelchair. This book and its stories give fun and easy descriptions of physical exercises, which are effective and safe to use for all ages. This book can also be used to lead others to do Tai Chi.”
