As a young boy, Michel Leroux had attained a sense of maturity beyond his age, felt the pain of social injustices and grew up believing that the United Nations would create a better world. Today, several decades later and already a seasoned educator and globetrotter, Leroux understands that the ability to create a better reality lies not in the hands of any organization. Rather, he is convinced that it lies in the hands of people, individually and collectively. To foster this newfound belief, he publishes his provocative new book, titled Revolution of the Heart.

Leroux has synthesized three decades worth of research, observations and experiences, in a work that holds a three-fold mission: (1) to bring about an awareness of the current situation on the planet so that people can start to question their current paradigm and see how they feed into the problems rather than help solve them; (2) to encourage a new level of personal responsibility that is necessary in any time of change or crisis; and (3) provide information and tools to help in the transformational process by empowering people.

The book is a systematic presentation of realties and a practical call to action to end sufferings such as poverty, disease, discrimination, etc. The first part focuses on the individual’s current flawed paradigm of reality that may be the root of such sufferings and social injustices. The second part considers the collective reality, looking deeper at different areas such as health, economy, government, religion, education and media, and presents how humanity can move from dependency to empowerment. The third part is a synthesis revealing how one can eventually become part of the solution and not the problem.

A love, a passion, and a belief that humanity has the power to choose to create a better life for all are ultimately the driving forces behind this exploration of human suffering and of how to finally overcome it. With Revolution of the Heart, Leroux ushers in a new kind of revolution that reveals a way where man can work individually and collectively towards a better tomorrow. After all, despite the differences in personal paradigms, people are fundamentally the same, with similar wants and needs as everyone else, including justice.
