Microsoft Gold Certified Unified Communications Partner and Microsoft BizSpark start-up, Evangelyze Communications (EC), announces in Washington D.C. at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference, the release of two new Communications Enabled Business Processes (CEBP) software products for the Microsoft Unified Communications platform for Live Chat/Contact Center, Higher Education, and K-12 customers worldwide.

Leveraging the flexible CEBP development capabilities within Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft’s Unified Communications platform, EC has been able to create 3 new products this year already.

Evangelyze Communications (EC), a Microsoft Unified Communications Independent Software Vendor (ISV), has announced the release of two new products, “SmartFinder” and “SmartClass/UC University” for Microsoft Office Communications Server “14” at the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference in Washington D.C.

“Leveraging the flexible CEBP development capabilities within Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 and Microsoft’s Unified Communications platform, EC has been able to create 3 new products this year already post acquisition of our SmartSIP software in January of this year to Network Equipment Technologies (NET). Through the Microsoft Worldwide Partner Conference we have announced the release of our newly created codename 'SmartFinder' product which competes with existing chat and web-based Subject Matter Expert finder solutions in the marketplace today and 'SmartClass' the most innovative online learning experience brought to market to date,” says Joe Schurman, Founder and CEO.

SmartFinder is the codename of a new release of web-based chat, expert finder, contextual collaboration, and integrated contact center software. SmartFinder and SmartChat will be released as a combined suite of products in SmartChat 2010, providing customers who have invested in the Microsoft Unified Communications platform the ability to provide further return on investment by replacing existing chat, contact center, and web-based communication software with the Evangelyze Communications (EC) SmartChat/SmartFinder product line.

“Leveraging SmartFinder and SmartChat in this new release will offer organizations such as financial services institutions, travel agencies, manufacturers, or any organization that sells and supports customers via the Internet or supports internal users inside the network, with a feature-rich set of tools that provide agents the ability to chat, co-browse, share applications, audio and video, as well as integrate with existing CRM, ERP, case support incident software, as well as provide out-of-the box integration with popular software applications including Microsoft CRM, Outlook, Communicator, and SharePoint through the power of one agent/client application with no software required to install for the web user. All of this innovation comes at a substantial cost savings for these organizations already paying monthly subscriptions or using disconnected customer support software today by integrating these must have features into the Microsoft Unified Communications platform,” says Schurman.

“By using Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, Silverlight, and with the APIs and SDK’s provided through the Microsoft Unified Communications platform such as the Unified Communications Managed API (UCMA) and the Communicator Wave 14 SDK, SmartFinder and SmartChat will now provide the most unique agent experience integrated directly with the Microsoft Office system and Unified Communications platform. Through this development, my team has created advanced reporting, live agent monitoring, keyword-to-SME finder routing, and a brilliant user and agent experience,” says Yves Zouzouambe, Director of Software Development.

SmartClass/UC University, also launched at WPC, is the first in line of two new industry-based software applications released by Evangelyze Communications (EC) for Higher Education and K-12 in the education industry with a soon to follow release of SmartCare, a patient-physician and physician-physician(s) conferencing solution, for Hospital Providers, Physicians, and Patients in the healthcare industry.

“SmartClass/UC University will offer students the ability to attend classes from anywhere in the world, offering Universities and K-12 schools the ability to offer innovate distance learning as well as provide theater-style in-classroom experiences by offering online recorded lecture as well as break-out rooms, labs, and other features. SmartClass/UCU will now offer schools and universities the ability to record video, audio, and content and allow data to be automatically preserved within Microsoft SharePoint 2010 for research on audio transcripts, previous classes, and related classroom data for further study and retention. The ability to package what we have done with our UC CEBP development through Microsoft Visual Studio, combined with the Microsoft Unified Communications platform, the Microsoft Office system and SharePoint 2010 will not only offer an awesome experience for educators and students alike, but also offer universities and schools the largest ROI by leveraging these integrated technologies at an affordable price,” Schurman concludes.
