We are very excited at MindMachines.com to get our hands on the AVS Journal catalog of back issues. All I can say now is that we are looking forward to a digital resurrection of this content.

Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) May 08, 2012

MindMachines and the AVS Journal have reached an agreement in principle to transfer the complete ownership and all content rights of the AVS Journal to MindMachines.com. This agreement will cover the name, copyrights, articles and all associated properties of the AVS Journal. Both parties have announced that the transfer of ownership will be completed before the end of May 2012.

The AVS Journal has been the only publication in the light and sound mind machine industry since 2000. Publisher Michael Landgraf says, "I believe that MindMachines.com will be able to utilize the AVS Journal and bring it to an even larger audience. While the agreement is not completely finalized, I am pleased with the progress and confident that we will get all of the details worked out to everyone's satisfaction.".

The AVS Journal has a large catalog of back issues featuring articles about brainwave technology, binaural beats, EEG neurofeedback, CES (cranial electric stimulation) and other related mental development equipment. In addition to articles the catalog includes in-depth interviews with a veritable "who's who" in the brainwave entrainment technology community from David Seiver creator of the DAVID Delight Pro to Christopher Oliver inventor of AV3X Digital Meditation technology.

"We are very excited at MindMachines.com to get our hands on the AVS Journal catalog of back issues. All I can say now is that we are looking forward to a digital resurrection of this content," says MindMachines.com Product Specialist, Fred Williams.
