ThePitWorkout.com has gone live with a newly redesigned website to make it easier to workout like a mixed martial arts pro. The website includes a free video lesson and samples of the workout DVD's as well as a newsletter for access to monthly workout tips. The Pit Workout DVD's feature Chuck "The Iceman" Liddell and are instructed by John "The Train" Hackleman.
