Ms. Mixon brings extensive experience in creative execution of sponsored fan engagement programs and technology broadcast development experience to Phizzle through her previous positions held at the National Basketball Association and ESPN/ABC Sports.

In her new role, Ms. Mixon will report directly to Mike Maleski who oversees sales. She will work with Phizzle’s executive team to create long-term development strategies for the company’s rapidly expanding roster of professional, collegiate and high school sports properties, as well as corporate sponsors. Additionally, Ms. Mixon will foster the development of new multi-media activation programs to establish and develop relationships between brands, fans and teams.

Prior to joining Phizzle, Ms. Mixon was Director at the National Basketball Association, responsible for the in-arena entertainment programs and worked extensively with the NBA’s marketing group to utilize new technologies to create additional sponsorship opportunities for broadcast and stadium/arena displays.

Preceding the NBA, she was associated with ESPN/ABC Sports and launched a series of new technology platforms for network productions including Sunday Night Baseball, NBC on ESPN/ABC and ESPN2 Cold Pizza. In 2008, Ms. Mixon worked with the Beijing Olympic Broadcast Organization to create display large-screen graphic templates for the basketball venue and provided technology training for local-based video operators.
