Mobinable is a software platform that allows businesses to engage consumers via mobile goal based pages (E.g. – sweepstake, product feedback, consumer poll). Businesses use Mobinable to create and launch these pages through a web based self-service interface. These marketing campaigns appear on the mobile devices of customers based on a customer action (E.g. clicking an ad in an app, from social media channels, scanning a QR code, clicking a URL in a SMS, email announcement)
Mobinable will now additionally provide credit card linked programs to merchants, targeting the end customers. Mobinable transforms a consumer’s credit card into a coupon or a rewards card. This eliminates the need for consumers to carry multiple reward cards, paper coupons, and explicit check-ins on social media networks to redeem their reward. For the merchant, this means a consumer reward/ loyalty program without the need of a plastic reward cards, paper coupons, cumbersome hardware and staff to manage such programs.
This new offering from Mobinable is based on First Data’s OfferWise Publisher Solution. This offering is targeted towards merchants, who can now pick a reward or loyalty campaign and configure it on the Mobinable platform. For each spend using the registered credit card, consumers get notified of the reward in real time and can share their experience on social media.
Mobinable helps merchants setup, launch, engage consumers and track the effectiveness of such a campaign. Mobinable can integrate the campaigns with social media platforms; promote the campaign on Ad networks and on search engines. The in-built Analytics and CRM Engine of the Mobinable Platform helps measure the campaign effectiveness (E.g – how many people and in what geography are subscribing) and helps capture the consumer footprint (E.g. – email, social media details, preferences, etc.) for further targeting.
