An LTV of 95% is extremely high, and would be virtually impossible to finance through banks. The economics of the deal were sound though, so we felt comfortable issuing the loan.
Thornhill, Ontario (PRWEB) March 8, 2009
Mr. Tariq purchased a variety store on Bagot Street in Guelph Ontario and required a third mortgage of $85,000.00 representing 95% of the purchase price. Moishe Alexander of Canadian Funding Corporation approved the deal and Canadian Funding Corporation funded the deal. Michael Spiro, attorney, closed the transaction.
Moishe Alexander commented, "An LTV of 95% is extremely high, and would be virtually impossible to finance through banks. The economics of the deal were sound though, so we felt comfortable issuing the loan."
