Mom Central and Feld Entertainment today announced the final results of their two-year partnership to share Feld Entertainment’s live family entertainment brands with Moms and families throughout the United States. During the program, which won a Silver “WOMMY” Award from the Word of Mouth Marketing Association and a PR News Platinum Award in the Word of Mouth/Viral category, families received special discounted offers to attend one of Feld Entertainment’s live family shows, including Ringling Bros. and Barnum & Bailey®, Disney On Ice and Disney Live! touring productions. The program also highlighted the strength of social media as a tool to drive retail sales.
Mom Central engaged 700 Mom Bloggers and Influencers in 22 markets across the country to showcase the family-friendly entertainment options available from Feld Entertainment. As a direct result of Mom Central’s outreach, approximately 100,000 people in all regions of the country saw a production, including 70 percent who represented first-time Feld show attendees. In addition, Mom Influencers shared information about the show with their online and offline communities, reaching more than 4 million Moms.
