Gallatin River fly fishing offers mile upon mile of public access angling on a medium sized river that is ideal for wade fishing. It is one of the best fisheries in Southern Montana in terms of fish count and ease of access for fly fisherman.
Big Sky, Montana (PRWEB) December 20, 2011
Montana Angler Fly Fishing recently announced that they will be booking a large luxury fly fishing home directly on the Gallatin River in Big Sky. The Moose Landing vacation home sits directly on one of the most productive stretches of this blue ribbon fishery. Montana Angler Fly Fishing is an independent outfitter that offers numerous Montana fly fishing vacations with lodges, hotels and rental homes.
“Moose Landing is one of the most unique properties that we work with”, stated outfitter Brian McGeehan. “The quality of construction on this home combined with its large size and direct access to the hog ally section of the river will make it very popular with our guests. There are numerous high end homes in Big Sky, but most are located closer to the ski mountain. There really isn’t an abundance of luxury homes along the Gallatin since so much of the river frontage is National Forest or National Park.”

The Moose Landing home sits on 3.5 acres on the east side of Hwy 191 just north of Big Sky Junction. The large home is over 4000 square feet and provides large decks that open to a large lawn that backs to a spring fed bond and towering trees. A boardwalk takes guests back to the river where a sandy beach awaits.
