As part of MoodMusic’s testing of its newest social networking app at SXSW, co-founders Daniel McGurk and Ryan Pierce are planning a personal introductory web cast for the application’s 20,000 users. This will be the first time the company has contacted its grass roots community via email.
Recently, management began a promotional tour. After a successful trip to South Padre Island last week for college spring break, the tour continues as MoodMusic is confirmed for Foxfield Horse Races, Bonnaroo Music Festival and Wakarusa.
MoodMusic is a music-based social networking application that allows friends to connect by sharing their musical tastes and favorite songs. Music speaks to people in many different ways and has the power to express much more than the limits of language. The MoodMusic community will be able to share/listen to the very songs that touch their lives everyday. Continually updating, listeners will be sure to always have access to an ever-growing library of great songs. No more listening to a set playlist that repeats and only has part of the song; instead, let friends choose a commercial-free playlist for your next jam session or for downtime while browsing the Web.
