After uploading an FNMA 1003 to the Loan Express system, mortgage brokers can select a loan program, a rate, and the number of days within which the rate can be locked; exemptions can also be requested at this stage. Then, secondary marketing will confirm (or deny) the lock and a notification will be sent back to the broker. In addition, a file folder will be established within BlitzDocs, the tool of choice for Primary Capital's imaging system, enabling the entire mortgage process to become paperless. Additional forms and files can then be uploaded to BlitzDocs through the Loan Express portal.

PCMexpress is Primary Capital Mortgage's wholesale broker portal, through which brokers can easily download necessary forms, guidelines, and disclosures. In addition, through PCMexpress, brokers have access to Primary Capital's newsroom, highlights regarding the latest offerings from Primary Capital, and access to FlyerExpress.
