Making QuickBooks integration features available to our CRM customers is the first part of a series of updates that broaden Mothernode’s compatibility with other mainstream technologies.
Dallas, TX (PRWEB) September 07, 2012
Mothernode announces its decision to introduce QuickBooks integration into its CRM line of products. Integration features and capabilities were previously only available to ERP customers with respect to purchase orders and invoices. CRM and ERP customers now have the ability to transfer their quote records from Mothernode CRM into QuickBooks, avoiding unnecessary double entry.
The process enables users to easily transform their Mothernode CRM quotes into QuickBooks invoices with just a few simple steps. Mothernode’s CRM product is an ideal sales solution in the SMB market, where over 85% of companies depend on QuickBooks for their accounting functions. Integrating the two applications significantly reduces the amount of work users are required to do and has already been a huge crowd pleaser for ERP customers.
“Making QuickBooks integration features available to our CRM customers is the first part of a series of updates that broaden Mothernode’s compatibility with other mainstream technologies,” says Ken Pearson, President and one of the co-founders of the company. “Mothernode is a solid CRM product and integrating with popular technologies our customers already use is a critical component to the growth of our products.”
The company is in the process of preparing another major development that will allow Mothernode CRM to layer as a frontend for Infusionsoft’s marketing campaign management systems, to be released this year. This initiative will allow existing Infusionsoft customers to use Mothernode CRM as its front end sales and customer management tool, while continuing to rely on Infusionsoft’s world-class marketing platform.”
Mothernode is an official contestant in this year’s CRM Idol competition and focused much of its 2012’s development initiatives on product enhancements that would specifically be of value by the time the product went through its official demonstration with the CRM Idol Judges in August 2012.
“There are some top companies in this competition”, Pearson says, “We have great respect for our fellow competitors and we are taking this competition very seriously. Our company has always had the desire to build the best products we could, but being in the contest has forced us to raise the bar for ourselves.”
CRM Idol made its debut in 2011 and was created to showcase lesser-known or newer and innovative CRM products that deserve attention, yet consistently lack that recognition. In the spirit of Fox’s American Idol television show, the competition spotlights a variety of CRM and SCRM products in hopes of introducing top new talent. In the case of CRM Idol, the mission focuses on groundbreaking technologies and solutions in the world of CRM software.
The competition was founded by Paul Greenberg, President of the 56 Group, author of CRM at the Speed of Light, and award winning blogger. His reputation as the Godfather of CRM gave him the ability and support to assemble an all-star cast of CRM experts and analysts that include Jesus Hoyos, Esteban Kolsky, Denis Pombriant, and Brent Leary. Greenberg has also secured the interest and support of leading vendors and media partners in the CRM community such as Salesforce.com, Infusionsoft and CRM Magazine, just to name a few. Marketo’s CEO Phil Fernandez was even announced as one of the 2012 judges.
Last year’s CRM Idol Competition produced rewards for many of the finalists, above and beyond the prizes offered by the CRM Idol competition. This absolutely has the CRM industry waiting with anticipation to see who the next CRM Idols will be.
