After a brief retirement, Coach Snyder came back to lead the Kansas State University Wildcat football team and again called on one of the top motivational keynote speakers, business speakers & corporate speakers, World Champion Paralympian Kevin Saunders to speak to his team in from 2009-2011.

Before the start of the 2012 season he asked Saunders to come back the summer before the season began to give a speech that would help inspire his student athletes to push past limitations to reach goals and break barriers. Kevin Saunders delivered and Head Coach Bill Snyder asked Kevin he would come and be with the team at the games and practices to continue his motivation with the student athletes. Saunders was honored to work with the student athletes at Kansas State University football program. During this time Kevin Saunders worked closely with the athletes which included QB Collin Klein, a Heisman Trophy finalist.

Kevin Saunders also worked with the Kansas State University Agricultural Department to help produce a video entitled “Deadly Dust” To improve safety in the workplace.
