Minneapolis, MN (PRWEB) June 19, 2012
Minnesota personal injury law firm Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben, in conjunction with Petco Foundation and Green Veterinary Services, is sponsoring the 2nd Annual Motorcycle Run Supporting Animal Welfare. The event is a perfect match for Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben since several of their attorneys are avid motorcyclists, and Jim Schwebel is a longtime supporter of animal welfare issues. The event will be held on Saturday, June 23, 2012, beginning at 9:00 a.m. at Fatboys Bar & Grill in East Bethel, Minnesota.
The ride itself will start at 10:30 a.m. and last throughout the day until 4:30 p.m. The day is full of events, including entertainment by John Tourage, breakfast and raffle ticket sales. The course will feature three stops, and the night will be capped by live music performances and other festivities for people and their pets.
Midwest Animal Rescue and Services, also known as MARS, is a non-profit organization that rescues and finds homes for dogs and cats. They rescue animals that are homeless or at risk, provide proper medical care and find loving homes for them. They do not have a shelter to house the animals, so they find foster homes for the dogs and cats to live in until they can be adopted. MARS’ mission includes providing the highest quality care to rescued animals and promoting responsible pet ownership. Money raised by this event will go toward rescuing and providing the care these loving animals desperately need.
The partnership between Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben and MARS is meaningful and productive. Dogs and injured motorcyclists can both suffer greatly because of someone else’s carelessness. While motorcyclists have the same rights as automobile drivers, legal actions relating to motorcycle accidents have subtle differences. The experienced motorcycle accident attorneys in Minnesota at Schwebel, Goetz & Sieben have over 40 years of experience helping victims of motorcycle accidents and their families get the assistance they deserve.
