Moving and Storage Company Gentle Giant Moving Company, an award winning local and long distance mover based in Massachusetts, has re-launched its website to enhance the company’s online presence. The new website is designed to effectively spotlight core company strengths such as highly skilled and professional employees and the company’s 30 year track record of earning awards and superior customer satisfaction ratings. The new website offers an improved user experience that is friendly and interesting, as well as highly informative for individuals planning a move for themselves and their families. To create the new website Gentle Giant partnered with Boston Interactive, a web design, strategy, and interactive marketing firm based in Boston.

Gentle Giant’s new website was developed with specific marketing and business growth goals in mind, including converting more internet onlookers into strong customer leads, especially in regions outside of the Boston area. To that end the website features dozens of photos of Gentle Giant employees to help convey the caliber of the company’s workforce as well as aspects of the company culture. Images reveal hard work and competence as well intense camaraderie among employees resulting from strong employee loyalty and a spirit of athletic competitiveness that pervades the company. The website is designed for fast access to helpful information, such as a move checklist and tips on preparing to relocate, for prospective customers or anyone looking to plan a successful move.

“Our people and our reputation are what we are most proud of at Gentle Giant, and our new website needed to put those things front and center in a very professional looking way,” said Gentle Giant Founder and President Larry O’Toole. “People want to know they have found a moving company that will care for their belongings and be a good value for their investment, and our new website shows that we will do those things and more.”

In addition to being attractive looking and easy to use, the website is now easier to find on the internet, thanks to the use of technology and web development strategies that have emerged since the original Gentle Giant website was launched.

“Our aim was to help Gentle Giant achieve its growth goals by creating a website that is organized, user-friendly, and pleasing to look at,” said Jim Keller, Vice President of Interactive Services at Boston Interactive. “With a great look combined with features to benefit site users as well as the Gentle Giant business, the new website reflects the company’s leading role in moving industry in terms of quality and professionalism.”
