Movers.com has renovated the back-end of their site, providing both their customers and moving company clients with a fuller, more interactive experience. Each company in the Movers.com network is now provided, free of charge, with a profile page that gives them access to previously unavailable promotional tools. Customers, for their part, are now able to rate moving companies based on their experiences with them, hopefully engendering healthy competition in the online relocation market.
The most notable change to the site is the addition of a ratings and reviews section. Customers are now able to provide ratings based on four categories of service, as well as write anecdotal reviews. Moving companies that receive a negative review are given the option to rectify the situation and have the negative review removed from their profiles.
The new Movers.com profile pages have been updated to provide coupon, photo, and video uploads. This last feature comes with the option of requesting the production of a free video, approximately one minute in length, from Movers.com's video production team. The goal is to give a face and a personality to each business, giving companies in the Movers.com network an edge over the competition. The ability to update the page with seasonal coupons and promotions as well as recent photographs will keep the page fresh and alive for the consumer.
Movers.com is a leading online relocation services portal. They provide free moving quotes from well-respected companies for customers looking to move anywhere in the world. They are also the home of a wealth of moving guides and advice.
