Incorporating new features across many areas of the platform, Confirmit 12.5 allows both Market Research agencies and Global 5000 companies to deploy surveys, particularly long and complex surveys, faster and with greater efficiency. In addition to the CAPI enhancements, Confirmit 12.5 features the initial version of a new database format that serves as the foundation for the modern, multimodal data collection platform that will be introduced in the next version of Confirmit. This database format provides excellent scalability as it makes it possible to store multiple surveys in a single survey database. It also enhances performance and scalability as databases can be generated more quickly, and retrieving all survey data for large and complex surveys is faster.
