This improved productivity allows our customers to streamline their business processes and realize a greater return on investment.
New York, NY (PRWEB) May 30, 2008
Confirmit (OSE:CONF), the world's leading provider of software for Market Research (MR) and Enterprise Feedback Management (EFM), today announced the successful release of Confirmit 12.5.
Incorporating new features across many areas of the platform, Confirmit 12.5 allows both Market Research agencies and Global 5000 companies to deploy surveys, particularly long and complex surveys, faster and with greater efficiency. "The additional functionality provided in Confirmit 12.5 will greatly improve the user experience for people creating and deploying surveys," comments Pat Molloy, Chief Strategy Officer for Confirmit. "More efficient emailing capabilities, a wider range of reporting options and greater scope for integration all combine to ensure Confirmit 12.5 delivers greater operational efficiencies across user organizations."
A key enhancement to the Confirmit platform comes within the CAPI (Computer Assisted Personal Interviewing) function. A range of developments within this area help to assist interviewers to improve the speed with which they can complete their survey assignments. "The CAPI changes will drive improvements in organizational productivity as both interviewers and their supervisors are able to work more quickly and efficiently," comments Molloy. "This improved productivity allows our customers to streamline their business processes and realize a greater return on investment."
In addition to the CAPI enhancements, Confirmit 12.5 features the initial version of a new database format that serves as the foundation for the modern, multimodal data collection platform that will be introduced in the next version of Confirmit. This database format provides excellent scalability as it makes it possible to store multiple surveys in a single survey database. It also enhances performance and scalability as databases can be generated more quickly, and retrieving all survey data for large and complex surveys is faster.
Molloy adds, "The range of enhancements in Confirmit 12.5 not only provide immediate and significant benefits for both MR and EFM customers, but they form the basis for many of the groundbreaking developments which will take place in the next version of Confirmit."
