The MSR Group has added Kellie Murphy as Vice President, Business Development. Murphy will focus her efforts on building the firm's customer satisfaction measurement business.

The MSR Group today announced the addition of Kellie Murphy as Vice President, Business Development. This strategic hire supports the firm’s growth initiatives and brings an experienced financial services veteran to the team.

Murphy is responsible for leading and managing the firm’s efforts to build client relationships and develop new business opportunities for APECS®, The MSR Group’s leading customer satisfaction measurement program.

Murphy brings over 15 years’ experience in the banking industry, most recently as Vice President, Omaha Area Manager for Bank of the West. In addition to serving in multiple capacities at the bank over her career, she has first-hand experience with APECS® and understands how to optimize the product in order to deliver superior service to customers.

Murphy holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Nebraska-Omaha and is a graduate of the ICAN Defining Leadership program.
