The event, “While the City Sleeps,” is the perfect opportunity for music lovers and lovers of the arts to show their appreciation and help students in underserved communities receive an arts education.
“This is sure to be a memorable evening,” states Chief Executive Officer, Dominique Daniels. “It’s an excellent occasion for anyone who loves the arts to come and support scholarships for deserving students, while enjoying the work of some fabulous student performers. We greatly appreciate any donation we receive during this event.”
Ticket sales and auction funds will provide scholarships to underserved students who wish to study music and the performing arts. The performance will take place at the Old Town Temecula Valley Community Theater, a.k.a. the “Merc,” from 4-8:30 PM. The concert will feature solo performances by middle and high school scholarship recipients from the Los Angeles and Riverside County school districts. Students will accompany performers from La Sierra University’s music department.
