Ellis Hall Gives Beat100 Viewers “Butterflies”

The R&B influenced youngster uploaded his new debut single, “Butterflies” and received two BEAT100 Gold Awards for the high quality video and for Ellis’ catchy, original song.

The young, creative musician believes that music has the power to bring people together.

There appears to be a new trend right now for young, talented musicians and Ellis Hall does not fail to meet the criteria. The 14-year-old singer/songwriter from Northern Beaches, Sydney recently uploaded his debut music video and original song into the BEAT100 music chart and has climbed the chart with undoubted persistence in just over a week. The young teen is currently in 27th place and has overtaken thousands of talented musicians already in the chart. “Every morning, the first thing I do is check the chart to see what position I am in” says Ellis. “It’s such a great way for new artists and bands to gain exposure.”

The pop track was written by Ellis himself, along with the assistance of best friend Freddie. “I want to continue to write songs and share my music,” says Ellis. “I would also love one of my songs to be in the Australian Top 10 Music Chart,” This 14-year-old music sensation has clearly holds high aspirations and dreams that he is bound to exceed in no time with such extraordinary talent.

Ellis was brought up in a musically influenced family and was soon discovered by his music teacher when auditioning for the school musical as a ‘dare’. Ellis soon after discovered his passion for the arts and joined Bambini Talent Agency after performing the famous love song “I’m Yours” by influential singer/songwriter Jason Mraz. “I have my first performance this Saturday,” says Ellis, “and I would really like to do some more.”

Ellis has worked with an extensive team to create the track and video for “Butterflies.” The song was produced by Stuart at Chartsong and the video was directed and produced by Radical Media then distributed through Bambini Talent Group. Ellis worked alongside lead girl, Portia, and other various young models supplied by Bambini Talent Group when shooting the impressive music video on Sydney’s northern beaches.

The young, creative musician believes that music has the power to bring people together. “Music is the soundtrack to your life. It influences your experiences then etches and triggers memories,” says Ellis. At such a young age, Ellis has already begun his path on the beautiful journey of success and intends to inspire others the way artists, such as Ed Sheeran and Bruno Mars, inspire him.
