The myCNAjobs marketplace allows professional caregivers seeking jobs within home care, assisted living, and hospitals to connect more efficiently to local opportunities while equipping hiring managers with effective tools to hire efficiently in an industry plagued by little loyalty and high caregiver turnover. myCNAjobs also boasts low-cost online caregiver training, meeting many state requirements.

Yarkhan is a current student at the University of Illinois and will focus on building strategic relationships with CNA schools, community colleges, and universities.

"We're thrilled to have Najia join the team” says Brandi, the Chief Marketing Officer of myCNAjobs. “She brings a unique perspective to the table with years of experience building senior-level University relationships within her own school and other University programs. Further, she's committed to not only learn every aspect of digital marketing, but she has a hunger to help solve the major caregiver crisis facing America," adds Kurtyka

Yarkhan is a suburban Chicago native and currently a senior studying Agricultural and Biological Engineering at the university. She enjoys the high-energy, driven culture at myCNAjobs and hopes to not only grow in her own career but also help CNAs, HHAs, and companions do the same.

“I’m excited to be working with such an amazing team while also solving a very important problem,” Yarkhan says.

Yarkhan will focus on building relationships with CNA programs nationwide and will also play a critical role in adding value to the growing caregiver marketplace.
