After a few competitive rounds of bingo, I quickly realized how important great caregivers are for our elderly and what a difference one person could make.

The Recruitment Squad focuses on driving professional caregivers seeking work in home care and long term care communities into a growingcaregiver job community. The community boasts a one-stop shop for caregiver, HHA, and CNA job applicants to find local jobs quickly while allowing employers to leverage cloud-based recruiting tools to hire more effectively. Additionally, caregivers are able to find low cost caregiver training, meeting many new state requirements.

"Sarah will focus on select markets to drive caregiver acquisition when and where our trusted employers need it while adding value to our growing caregiver marketplace," says Brandi Kurtyka, myCNAjobs Chief Marketing Officer.

Park was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia and was introduced to the caregiver community at a young age.

“I volunteered at senior citizen homes while in high school and college,” Sarah says. “After a few competitive rounds of bingo, I quickly realized how important great caregivers are for our elderly and what a difference one person could make.”

Park was a pre-med student at the University of Georgia and looked into CNA certification to gain experience in the medical field. After realizing there was a lack of resources for caregivers and learning about the impact quality caregiving makes in the life of a senior, she decided to turn her passion for caregiving with her sound business savvy to myCNAjobs.

“I’m thrilled to join myCNAjobs’ mission to help improve the healthcare industry in a unique way adding value to both caregivers and employers, faced with a continual challenge to hire and retain top talent," adds Park.
