“Messperts” pick two among the messiest to advance to the finals for $10,000 cash prize

The mess experts, known affectionately around the MyFax office as “messperts,” considered numerous factors including, but not limited to, whether wall color was detectable, the risk of a paper fire on the cubicle desk and the presumed smelly quotient inspired by moldy food on desktops, window sills and trash cans captured in photo and video entries. A total of 10 finalists are slated to be singled out for their almost pathological aversion to conforming to society’s standards of neatness.

They can then upload a photo or video of their office between now and February 25, 2008 noon EST. MyFax “messperts” select two finalists each week until 10 are chosen.
