Lucas isn't the only performer to see the value in having this type of marketing available. Washko realizes that having your face on a banner on a popular and up-and-coming website is key to promotion and to success.

While Washko has been at the marketing aspect for a long period of time, another performer, Ashley Gray, is working on developing her path to being seen by a large group of individuals. Gray recently launched her own YouTube web show called "Hey, It's Ashley Gray," a variety show that takes a viewer into the funnier side of life, realizes that banner marketing can be a major key to having people recognizing your brand.
"My career as an actress has been a struggle, but my passion for what I do keeps me driven and focused. One of the hardest things in this industry is promoting yourself and getting noticed. I’ve dealt with a lot of rejection, but it only makes me work that much harder," said Gray, while preparing her upcoming season of her show.
