NACT Solutions today announced that it has added international top-up capabilities to its portfolio, to help prepaid service providers expand their revenue streams by combining a top-up card with a phone card under the same pin number.

International top-up capabilities enable customers to add credit to a family member or friend's prepaid mobile phone, even if they are abroad. Transfers are immediate and recipients do not need to visit a store to collect the added airtime. Both the sender and receiver can be notified of the recharge via text message from their service provider. NACT’s technology is compatible with most mobile handsets, and all billing and currency exchange issues are handled by NACT’s BAT-1000 billing solution.

Within the next 30days, NACT will add international texting with a single pin on a phone/top-up card. This helps service providers and resellers reach beyond their domestic markets, into countries that are experiencing rapid wireless network build-outs. It also helps service providers extend customer relationships, by making it easier for end-users to add minutes onto their cards. NACT’s triple play card offering - which was previously unavailable in the prepaid industry – enables service providers to manage multiple balances (voice, texting and top-up) on a single card.
