NACT Solutions, LLC, Announces Management Appointments, Enhanced Customer & Product Support Programs and Additional Funding

NACT Solutions, LLC (NACT) today announced new management, new customer & product support programs, and increased funding. These enhancements are designed to enable NACT’s customers to receive a greater return on their investment in past, as well as future NACT products and services.

We know the telecom and prepaid industries extremely well, and we’ve assembled the people, the programs, and the funding needed to reclaim NACT’s dominant position in the prepaid industry.

NACT Solutions, LLC (NACT) today announced new management, new customer & product support programs, and increased funding. These enhancements are designed to enable NACT’s customers to receive a greater return on their investment in past, as well as future NACT products and services.

Management Appointments:
In November of 2009, Aspen Advisors, L.P, a Dallas, Texas based investment and merchant banking firm, purchased certain assets of NACT Telecommunications, through an affiliate, and formed “NACT Solutions, LLC.” A new and experienced management team has been formed to lead NACT, including four key executives: Ken Johnsen, Chairman; Arnie Goodstein, President; Gene Venturino, Chief Operating Officer; and Ben Winnie, VP of Sales.

"Ken Johnsen has significant turnaround experience and is a seasoned veteran with 25 years at IBM and Metamor Worldwide. Arnie Goodstein has been a thought-leader in the prepaid industry since 1992. He and Gene Venturino helped to grow RSLCOM’s PrimeCall Prepaid Subsidiary into a $250 million-per-year success, before founding WCGS, which has been a leading service provider to the prepaid industry since 2001. And Ben Winnie, former VP of Sales for the legacy NACT, was responsible for much of the company’s early growth during its prosperous years."

New Approach to Customer Support:
NACT has recently initiated an aggressive customer outreach campaign, to inform customers of new support and product developments. NACT’s legacy products will now continue to be fully supported. This includes the return of regular software updates and board repairs (which had been discontinued by NACT’s prior management). The company’s new support programs also include day-to-day technical support.

"NACT has the largest installed customer base in the prepaid industry, and we fully intend to deliver new revenue enhancing features and services to them."

New Product Support Strategy:
NACT Solutions has already issued new software components - through two major feature releases - since January, 2010. The new releases add functionality that helps customers compete more effectively and increase profits. A third software release is planned for April 15th. NACT expects to continue an aggressive program of software releases for its legacy product line, as well as its new line of Vinci products. Funding Update:
NACT announced that Aspen Advisors, L.P will continue to provide the capital necessary to enable NACT to expand its management team, invest in research and development, launch new and innovative products, and enhance the value of existing systems. NACT Solutions is poised to market and support the current base of NACT customers, as well as new participants in the industry seeking an industry-leading solution.
