Former E&Y Partner Joins as Advisor to Nair & Co. Board
Theodore Pincus Brings over 40 Years of Strategy and Management

Theodore Pincus, retired executive vice president and CFO of FTI
Consulting Inc., has joined as advisor to the board at Nair & Co., a
leading global integrated solutions provider helping companies expand
internationally.
Pincus was a former partner at Ernst & Young and held senior operating
and financial executive positions across public and private companies in
a career spanning over four decades.
After nine years serving as the executive vice president and chief
financial officer of FTI Consulting Inc., a publicly-held New York Stock
Exchange global business advisory firm that provides consulting
services, Pincus recently retired from his position.
The company achieved a more than twenty-fold increase in revenue and
profits under his financial stewardship growing into an enterprise with
five operating divisions, 46 offices in 20 countries, over 3000
employees and revenues of approximately $1.3 billion.
