Pincus was a former partner at Ernst & Young and held senior operating and financial executive positions across public and private companies in a career spanning over four decades.

After nine years serving as the executive vice president and chief financial officer of FTI Consulting Inc., a publicly-held New York Stock Exchange global business advisory firm that provides consulting services, Pincus recently retired from his position.

The company achieved a more than twenty-fold increase in revenue and profits under his financial stewardship growing into an enterprise with five operating divisions, 46 offices in 20 countries, over 3000 employees and revenues of approximately $1.3 billion.
