“I believe there is a musician inside of each of us and Beamz allows that musician in each of us to shine, allowing anyone to have a personal relationship with music.
Anaheim, CA (PRWEB) January 24, 2013
Beamz Interactive, Inc. (OTCQB: BZIC), an interactive music product and technology company, today announced its artist relationship with Roy “Futureman” Wooten. During the 2013 NAMM conference Roy will be demonstrating how he uses three Beamz Pro interactive laser controllers to form an array of 12 laser beams to perform and conduct music using Notion software at the company’s booth #6007 in Hall A.
“Shaping music with Beamz and the Notion music library gives me and every person the expressive opportunity to simultaneously listen to and affect any music as you touch it,” said Roy “Futureman” Wooten. “I believe there is a musician inside of each of us and Beamz allows that musician in each of us to shine, allowing anyone to have a personal relationship with music. Touching and shaping music in this way is different than only listening and or dancing to it. Beamz lets you be the DJ or the conductor where waving your hands to move music can be a very moving experience."
The Beamz Pro interactive laser controller was created for musicians and DJs to add a unique visual element to their performances using interaction with light to control any application via MIDI and keystroke command mapping. It is available now at MSRP of $199.95 and may be used with any music production, DJ or lighting control applications.
“The visual aspect of Beamz makes it an extraordinary controller for conducting music with Notion software,” said Al Ingallinera, Jr., Vice President of Product Management for Beamz Interactive. “We’re excited that Roy Wooten has joined our roster of artists that have embraced our technology and unique music controllers so we may continue to showcase how our products enable amazing experiences for both aspiring and professional musicians.”
