After many months of hard work, NAPCO has taken the wraps off their new website. The new site features easier navigation, a more modern interface and real-time interaction with NAPCO’s accounting and inventory systems. In 2003, NAPCO became the first in their industry to provide a full e-commerce site. Many competitors are still not caught up. The site worked well for many years but the time came to update it. “We were updating our accounting software so this seemed like the best time to rework the site and finally create a seamless transfer between the two,” said Dani Nichols, NAPCO Vice-President. “Moving forward, customers can access their full history online, referring to orders placed both on-line and over the phone.”

NAPCO provides equipment, supplies and training to professional bath, tile and kitchen counter refinishers.
