Leading hotel management company the Naples Hotel Group announced that it has obtained a new management contract of the Fairfield Inn and Suites in Orlando, Florida.


This will be a great addition to our portfolio of managed hotels.

The Naples Hotel Group, a leading owner, operator and hotel management company that manages a combination of Hilton, Marriott, IHG and Wyndham Limited and Select Service hotels, announced today that it has obtained a management and development contract of the new Fairfield Inn and Suites in Orlando, Florida.

Per the contract, The Naples Hotel Group will handle the overall development of the project from design through construction. This will be the ninth hotel development project that the company has been involved with in Florida.

The Naples Hotel Group credits winning the high profile contract to its in-depth expertise in managing and development Marriott product hotels, and its overall experience with Marriott-branded products. The company has a proven track record in hotel development and management, and has been successful in operating hotels that are ranked in the top 5% of Hilton and Marriott franchise for guest service and overall Quality Assurance.
