The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Consuelo B. Carver as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in federal law enforcement. NAPW is the nation's leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

“I'm pleased to recognize Consuelo with this important honor,” says NAPW President Star Jones. “Her perseverance, work ethic and leadership qualities are an inspiration to all women.”

"I am a front line manager in the FBI,” said Consuelo Carver who enjoys helping the general public as well as mentoring young people and passing her knowledge on to the bureau. As a Supervisory Special Agent - Squad Supervisor at the FBI, Ms. Carver has proven her exceptional organizational and leadership skills.

In her search for the right career, Ms. Carver became inspired by many of the FBI’s requirements specifically, strategic thinking, problem solving and patriotism. Ms. Carver Plans to retire in about 3 years, and will then be entering the private sector where she plans to continue contributing to her many favorite charities which include the American Red Cross, USO, Goodwill , the Salvation Army , George Washington's Mount Vernon, Toys For Tots and Colonial Williamsburg.
