The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Brittany Gayheart as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting 850,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Self-motivated, results oriented and driven to succeed, Brittany Gayheart is a young professional who has constantly set her goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations for personal excellence. Throughout her career, she has exhibited exemplary teamwork, expertise, integrity and dedication.

Ms. Gayheart is Owner of BMG Mechanical Corp., a woman-owned business offering first class construction services. In her role, she specializes in management, leadership, negotiation, contracts and project management.

“With the help of my staff, both in the field and in the office, we focus on the needs of our clients to give them a peace of mind that their project will be completed on time and on budget,” said Ms. Gayheart on the company’s website. Ms. Gayheart is working toward the completion of her degree in Construction Management at Ivy Tech Community College Northeast. She is currently involved with Union Local 166 in Fort Wayne, IN.

For her commitment to achieving success according to her personal standards of excellence, and for her outstanding accomplishments in enriching her position with her diversified proficiencies, Ms. Gayheart is being honored as a leader and role model for her profession.
