Ms. Das is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in intellectual and developmental disabilities and mental health counseling. As President of Progressive Comprehensive Services, LLC, Ms. Neeta Das is dedicated to providing the finest possible care for individuals living with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her center provides the tools for raising awareness at the family level, the person’s community, and society at large to foster respect for the rights and dignity of everyone. It is through the use of these tools that individuals are able to combat stereotypes, prejudices and harmful practices.
Ms. Das has made it her mission as a support brokerage owner to continue on with the center’s goal of promoting awareness of the capabilities and contributions of persons with disabilities to their communities. The center provides individuals with information and referral services and offers life skills training designed to support their dreams and goals.
Under Ms. Das’ excellent guidance, Progressive Comprehensive Services has grown in size to provide support coordination in New Jersey’s Bergen, Warren, Middlesex, Monmouth, Passaic, Somerset, Sussex, Union, Gloucester, Hunterdon and Essex Counties.
