The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Sarah Thurber as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She works with top researchers, consultants, educators and trainers around the world to create easy-to-learn assessments, tools and problem-solving frameworks that are proven to enhance creative collaboration and employee productivity. Drawing from more than 60 years of research into critical and creative thinking, FourSight products enable clients to foster a culture of ongoing innovation for employees.

Her contributions to visual models of the creative problem-solving process are used by the International Center for Studies in Creativity and the Creative Education Foundation. She is the producer of the FourSight Creative Thinking Tip and co-author of Creativity Unbound and Facilitation: A Door to Creative Leadership, both textbooks used by the International Center for Studies in Creativity. Her upcoming book 1+1=3 is due out in March 2016.
