Ms. Schulters is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in community health. In her roles as Head Nurse at Kings County Hospital, Pamela Schulters assists in facilitating and delivering quality psychotherapy, behavioral therapy and cognitive behavioral therapy in the environment under her purview. Ms. Schulters has a reputation for being a highly credible, even- tempered and innovative professional when it comes to advocacy and the improvement of the health characteristics within her community.
Due to her uncanny ability for finding solutions for numerous complex situations, Ms. Schulters has found a way to work effectively within the confines of her department. Her professionalism and her compassionate understanding of human nature has been the key to her success – the respect and admiration of staff and the community for which she serves.
Ms. Schulters is a member of the Multicultural Association of Medical Interpreters (MAMI). She is also a member of The Caribbean Federation for Mental Health
