Ginny Tackett is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, Consultant, Speaker, Executive Coach, Adjunct Professor and Townsend Leadership Director who brings 23 years of experience to her industry. Ginny received an M.S. in Counseling from Indiana University Southeast, a B.S. in Education from Indiana University Bloomington and her Marriage and Family Certification at Indiana Wesleyan Indianapolis, IN. She received extensive training with Dr. John Townsend and has completed the three-year Townsend Counselor Training program. She leads multiple TLP groups, working with multi-level leadership from various industries.
Ginny has 15 years in the field of education and is passionate about helping leaders overcome and eliminate the obstacles that may be preventing them from reaching their full potential. She challenges leaders to access deeper emotional and relational connections, which will profoundly affect their personal and professional lives. She is a dynamic and inspiring speaker who has lectured on workplace relationships, leadership, culture and organizations. Ginny currently resides with her husband John in Salem, IN. In their quest to serve others, Ms. Tackett and her husband travel to third-world countries to minister to the people's various medical and emotional needs.
