National Association of Professional Women Inducts Virginia Pabin, Assistant Director of Nursing at Cedar Crest, Into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle

Virginia Pabin selected for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession

I’m pleased to welcome Virginia into this exceptional group of professional women. Her knowledge and experience in her industry are valuable assets to her company and community.

The National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) honors Virginia Pabin as a 2015-2016 inductee into its VIP Woman of the Year Circle. She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in healthcare. NAPW is the nation’s leading networking organization exclusively for professional women, boasting more than 700,000 members and over 200 operating Local Chapters.

Ms. Pabin is the Assistant Director of Nursing at Cedar Crest, a leading senior livingcommunity in Morris County, NJ. There, she oversees all aspects of infection control and works closely with the Director of Nursing to assist in the overall management of the nursing department.

Proactive, results-oriented and driven to succeed, Ms. Pabin uses her exceptional interpersonal skills to ensure that Cedar Crests’ highest standards of excellence are consistently met. With her well-honed leadership abilities, Ms. Pabin plays an instrumental role in the growth and development of her staff members and in helping each of them realize their fullest potential.

In additional to her many accomplishments, Ms. Pabin has successfully kept up to date with the governmental regulations and changes that accompany the evolution of her profession. What she finds most rewarding is when a resident is able to return home or accomplish his or her goals with Cedar Crest’s devoted care and hands-on assistance.
