She is recognized with this prestigious distinction for leadership in business. Victoria Magnus excels at a host of exceptional skills, including event planning, property management, and leadership and community services, which she uses in her positions as Director of Magnus Charitable Trust and Property Manager at Stonebridge Village Apartments.
"Magnus Charitable Trust Property works to make a positive impact on the world by helping to educate those who are greatly in need," said Ms. Magnus, who partners with many organizations to help eliminate hunger and obstacles to obtaining education. She held a successful scholarship luncheon that was recognized by the Village of Arlington Heights as "Charity of the Year" for 40 low-income children who are expected to graduate college. Her numerous charitable works have been featured inQuintessential Barrington magazine.
As Property Manager of Stonebridge Village Apartments located in Arlington Heights, IL, Ms. Magnus manages and maintains properties, handles and negotiates leases, and manages tenant questions and complaints. She also works with prospective tenants to assist them in finding the perfect apartment within the community,and coordinates and plans all community events such as summer corn roasts, poolside BBQs, annual Christmas parties and Easter egg hunts. Ms. Magnus is an active member of Chicagoland Apartment Association and was presented with an award for her exceptional skills and design talents.
