Deana Elkins is recognized as an NAPW VIP Woman of the Year for her outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession.

Deana Elkins, is VP of Compliance Solutions at Intelligent Solutions Getting Noticed (ISGN). Ms. Elkins has attained the highest level of membership to the National Association of Professional Women as a VIP Woman of the Year and has been recognized for outstanding leadership and commitment within her profession.

In her role as VP of Compliance Solutions, Ms. Elkins provides compliance consulting, solutions and quality compliance to lenders in the ever changing regulatory mortgage industry. At Bank of America, she served in the construction lending mortgage division as builder UW manager; closing and post-closing manager; compliance and fraud operations officer.

Ms. Elkins prior experience includes closing manager for Nations Bank; AVP disbursement construction manager for Countrywide Home Loans; VP, loan administration manager at First Horizon Home Loans; operations manager oversight of title reviews real estate closings, Guarantee Abstract Title; internal auditor and federal funds investment manager at North Central Bancshares and wire transfer manager at Olney Savings and Loan Association.

She has been the project lead for compliance with Obama's new regulations for the Consumers Financial Protection Bureau and has been nominated for National Awards being held at the Mortgage Bankers Association at the MBA 100th Anniversary Conference in the autumn of 2013.

Self-motivated, results-oriented and driven to succeed, Ms. Elkins is a seasoned professional who constantly sets her career goals to keep pace with her highest aspirations. She received her bachelor's degree in business arts and applied sciences from Midwestern State University. She has three associate's degrees from Vernon Junior College.
